There are a lot of bad habits that affect your health and can lead you to many diseases. There are a lot of bad habits that may have bad effects on your health.

Use of vaping and smoking is increasing rapidly. Many people consider vaping as fashion without knowing its bad effects. According to many researches it is confirmed that vaping and cigarettes ultimately can result in lung damage and in most cases it can cause cancer.

Cigarettes consist of tar and tobacco which is contagious and it can block your blood vessels and can result in heart attack.

Poor diet:

Your diet also affects your health. A diet high in fats and sodium can increase your blood pressure. A high fat diet also increases your cholesterol levels and can result in heart attack. In many cases poor diet can cause obesity and in females it can result in hormonal balance. Also eat slowly as it can help in food digestion and help your body system to work effectively.

Sleep partners

Sleep also has an effect on your health. According to many researchers, people who sleep late have high chances to get depression. Blue lights emitted from phones and other devices can cause insomnia if you are using it in your bed before sleeping. A normal human body requires 8 hours of sleep for proper functioning. If you are sleeping late it can affect your brain’s normal functioning.

It can cause headaches, fatigue , insomnia and in many cases it can affect your memory too, such as short memories where you can easily forget things.

Depression and sadness

If you are mentally sad it can affect your mental health. Try to talk with your family and therapist about it as a therapist dealing with problems like depression, sadness and traumas. In many cases people get flashbacks of their traumas as it affects their mental health. Manage your schedule effectively, add a good diet and sleep early.

Try to manage stress through schedule and time management. People always fear failure and if they face failure they start doubting themselves and it results in depression and more. Always understand failure is the part of success.
