Eating instant noodles and junk food more often can lead to many diseases according to new research.

Instant noodles in diet: Noodles are rich in sodium and large amounts of sodium in the body can result in dehydration and in some scenarios can cause stroke even.

● It can even result in fatigue

● A person with less vitamin C is more likely to get infected by foreign diseases.

Some children eat noodles regularly and it can result in cancer more commonly stomach cancer. High consumption of sodium in diet can increase blood pressure which can result in cardiovascular diseases including stroke and coronary artery diseases.

Noodles are not good because they lack vitamins , essential nutrients and fibre which can lead to many diseases. It also increases your cholesterol level and can result in stomach burn ( most common happen at night).

Some noodles contain monosodium glutamate that is a taste enhancer and also gives food a meaty taste, it can result in weight gain and also a sense of thirst. Noodles consist of saturated fats that are a bad addition to your diet.

Junk food in diet:

Consumption of junk food can cause obesity among TEEN-AGERS and also cause type 2 diabetes. Junk foods like burgers , pizza and sandwiches are high in calories and it can result in obesity. High carbohydrate diets can also result in type 2 diabetes because of insulin resistance.

Junk food doesn’t contain essential nutrients, vitamins and fibres and due to this it’s not considered as a good diet. Junk food can also increase the effects of stomach cancer. It also affects your energy levels like fatigue is more common among individuals who consume large amounts of junk food. French fries , potato chips , donuts , fast food burgers and excessive cheese are considered as a bad diet.

Increased consumption of these products in diet can lead to cardiovascular diseases, increase blood pressure, stroke , coronary artery diseases and in some worse scenarios it can result in cancer.

Preventions:

  • Eat salads in your diet
  • Drink large amount of water
  • Plan your diet ( your diet consists of essential vitamins, fibres and nutrients)
  • Add fruits and vegetables in your diet as it contains vitamins and essential nutrients for your body

According to Research people who sleep late are more addicted to junk food as they feel hungry so they eat junk food. News articles and surveys show potato fries and pastries are among the most consuming junk foods. Almost 2 in 3 people consume junk food once a week and it’s increasing health concerns.
