Matthew Whitaker, the ambassador of the US to NATO said that NATO strong allies should increase their Investments in defence to compete with the Russian military.

while many other countries are members of the North Atlantic treaty organisation known as NATO. France and the United States are key contributors of NATO. Finland recently joined NATO in 2023.
