According to latest predictions 2024 was the hottest year but now according to new research temperature will increase in the next five years leading to extreme risk of global warming.
What is global warming:
● Rise in temperature
● It is defined as increase in temperature every year of Earth
Causes of global warming:
There are many causes of global warming:
● Cutting down of forests is the main cause of Global warming
Trees absorb carbon dioxide gas and release oxygen in the air that protects the environment from warming.
This process is called photosynthesis. It reduces the impact of global gases and also reduces warming.
●Smoke from cars , motorcycle and buses are also increasing global warming
These harmful gases are warming the atmosphere and also the release of harmful gases from industries are warming the globe because harmful gases trap sun heat and increase temperature. Burning of fossil foil increases the concentration of methane and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere leading to global warming.
United Nation on Global warming: According to the United Nations, by 2029 there will be a 70% increase in global warming and it will affect our life’s, climate and also the economy.
Methane emissions are making earth more warm and affecting the climate. According to Research by 2029 Earth will break the record of 2024 ( being the warmer year in decade’s) According to the United Nations, global warming will exceed the scale of 1.5C (Celsius) by next five years which will affect our economy and climate. According to Research, global warming is increasing day by day which is resulting in storms and bad weather.
A study conducted in May 2025 shows: Wealthiest countries are responsible more for global warming. China and the United States account for nearly half of the carbon emissions which are polluting the atmosphere.
Past data: Almost ten years ago global warming was 0.88C on scale but by 2024 this global warming will increase to 1.55C on scale and this is increasing every year. From 1995- 2000 global warming was 0.14C on a scale which reached 0.88C in the next few years and now global warming is 1.58C .
The United Nations predicted this scale will increase further leading to warmer temperatures and it can result in storms as oceans are getting warmer.
Effects of Global warming: Following are the effects of Global warming:
● Global warming can result in storms because oceans are getting warmer
● Every year thousands of People die from global warming because of heatstroke and dehydration
● Global warming also affects biodiversity
● Global warming can also cause air pollution which can result in respiratory diseases.
These are some effects of global warming . Global warming can also result in melting glaciers which can result in floods and accumulation of soil in sea water which can affect organisms living in oceans.
Summary: Global warming is affecting climate and also increasing risk of floods . The government should impose strict fines against those who cut forests without permits.
Campaigns for plantation and awareness should be conducted to educate people about global warming. We should promote ecosystem conservation to protect our atmosphere. Recycle products and water to reduce global warming. …….The end …
