According to new research, a high fiber diet plays a significant role in reducing risk of cancer.

Scientists discover a high fiber diet plays a key role in reducing cancer. There are many types of cancer including breast, ovarian, gastrointestinal, renal cancer and postate which risks can be reduced by adding fiber food in diet. The scientists link fiber with cancer and according to analysers cancer risk can be reduced by adding foods which contain fiber in diet.

Fiber products role in reducing cancer:

Fiber food increases stool formation and through this your body doesn’t have to wait for waste to pass through the digestive system. Through an increase in bulk formation the risk of colon cancer is reduced. Another role of fiber in reducing cancer is they low cholesterol levels of the body also they reduce blood sugar level.

They also inhibit the growth of cancer cells and through this cancer in the body is prevented. Fiber produces short fatty chains and therefore it lowers cholesterol levels of blood.
